10.0Location is few steps away from a big grocery store, restaurants, gas stations. Generous parking space. Very friendly front desk attendant. Very welcoming and always greet with a smile.

I stayed in a lot of motels when biking across Canada and the United States. Hands down, this was the worst motel I have

− Filthy room. Stale smoke smell. Water taps didn’t work. Thermostat ripped off the wall. Sheets all stained. Tub was filthy.
