Classical and clean
8.0The hotel is located on the hill and has a really great view toward the lake. There is a restaurant and a bar which are very nice and cosy. The service was really great. Our hotel room was classical and clean with a really great view. However, we had problem with the shower, difficult to adjust, specially the temperature. Overall, good experience.

Difficult with young children
6.0This hotel could be amazing, but needs some money spending to bring it up to standard. We didn't have anything too bad but plug sockets coming of the wall, drawers that don't open and leaky kettles don't give a great impression. Some other guests complained of bigger issues and asked to move rooms. Most importantly if you have young children this probably isn't the hotel (or destination) for you. On one side of the pool is a few feet of sloping grass followed by a shear drop, which isn't relaxing if kids are running around there. The hotel is up a short but very steep hill, more noticeable if you have a pushchaire or kids moaning about their legs!
Relaxing island stay
8.0Authentic stay in beautiful area. Staff in the hotel were fantastic. 2 bed apartment was lovely, with period furniture. Good air conditioning and heating and plenty of hot water.
Beautiful location
10.0This is lovely secluded authentic island and this hotel would would have to be the best. The reception staff are wonderful but the restaurant staff can be very hit and miss and tend to lack attentiveness (we regularly had to walk up to order food and drink after sitting for 20-30 mins). Food is very good although was served fish that had not been de-scaled and had scales all though my meal which was terrible. Beautiful location and view. Pool is a little run down and the three days we used it we found the pool scoop and cleaned it ourselves. Good value for money.
