Lovely Japanese experience
10.0Beautiful Japanese style rooms. Calm welcoming atmosphere, especially from staff- very personal service. Amazing onsen ( but very hot for summer). We also tried the Japanese breakfast served in a private room. Wonderful!
− A USB socket in the room, or electrical socket near a mirror would be helpful. Otherwise all good.

10.0It was very clean, and we enjoyed the excellent service from the staff. The meals were healthy and used local ingredients. The free tour was nothing like a free of charge arrangement but was very professionally designed. We can also see the sun set in our room.

10.0清潔な部屋とスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。 海外ホテルには無い日本らしい対応がとても嬉しい。海外のお客様も喜ぶと思います。 お風呂も清潔で良い。
− Wi-Fi が弱かった。海外のお客様にはマストで必要なので、改善されると良いと思います。 また、食事の際の木製スプーンは使い難いので小さな持ち易いものに帰ると良いですね。
