Schöne Lage, großes Appartement, leider nicht sauber, zu teuer

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und lag direkt am Strand. Nachdem wir fast eine Stunde vergeblich versucht haben, die Rezeption über eine KI zu erreichen, die uns immer wieder an ein Telefon weitergeleitet hat, das nicht besetzt war, hat uns schließlich ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter die Keycards konfiguriert. Das Bad war groß und geräumig.

− Obwohl wir für drei Personen gebucht hatten, war nur Bettzeug und Handtücher für 2 Personen vorhanden. Dieser Makel ist aber umgehend behoben worden. Das Zimmer war leider nicht gründlich gereinigt worden, denn unter der Schlafcouch lagen Süßigkeiten, ein Schnuller und es war staubig. Bei dem hohen Preis nicht zu akzeptieren, wie auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in keinem Verhältnis zum schlechten Service stand.

− Receptionen var ikke åben på ankomstdagen. Dagen efter åbnede den først kl. 13.30, så vi kunne ikke leje cykler fra formiddagen af. Ved telefonisk henvendelse mødes man med en AI-assistent, og de ringer først tilbage adskillige timer efter.
