10.0Our stay at Marram was exceptional and outstanding. Room was great, well designed, private beach has stunning views and great service, pool area is amazing. Food at Mostrador is delicious , also bar next to it is so much fun. Evening becomes spectacular, Marram does firepits at the beach, stargazing is so much fun. We highly recommend Marram, it’s the greatest resort in Montauk. So thankful to all of their staff, each and everyone is exceptional, Ben - who went above and beyond to make us feel special , Enriquee - is so helpful and always takes great care of us-he always makes us feel home away of home, Rohan and many more.

10.0A must and literally the only place i'd recommend staying in Montauk area. GM, staff and the best restaurant around makes this just a wonderful experience

10.0What an incredible resort and vibe the staff puts on. Carlos and his team do a terrific job making sure everyone is comfortable and having a great time. A very curated and unique Montauk experience that can't be replicated anywhere else.

7.0Superbe hôtel face à l’océan bénéficiant d’une plage privée. Belle bâtisse en bois, concept sympa (l’hôtel propose des expériences comme des cours de yoga ou des feux de camp avec marshmallows grillés). La chambre était très confortable bien qu’un peu humide.
− Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Il est impossible de prendre un verre après 21 h et il n’y a pas de boissons à disposition dans le minibar. Sur le plan environnemental, le constat est décevant : toute la vaisselle mise à disposition, à chacun des repas, est en plastique à usage unique. Par ailleurs, contrairement à ce que proposent aujourd’hui la plupart des hôtels de ce standing, aucune politique visant à limiter le renouvellement quotidien du linge et des serviettes n’est mise en place. Enfin, l’établissement effectue, en plus du dépôt de garantie (caution), des prélèvements temporaires sur la carte bancaire sans en informer clairement le client. Ces sommes ne sont libérées que plusieurs jours après la fin du séjour. Ce manque de transparence laisse une impression peu agréable.

− The walls are exceptionally thin, this is an immense problem.. a $1k/night establishment needs to know that guests expect good sound insulation between keys..

10.0Sadik at the front desk was excellent and made our check in seamless. The view was incredible and the bed was very Comfy.
