8.0The resort was decent. It can use some updating. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The staff was nice and attentive.
Paradise Beach Club 222
4.0The mattresses in both bedrooms belonged in a dumpster. Poorly decorated compared to other units we stayed in the same building in past years. TV remotes antiquated and difficult to use. Not good.
Miss-leading location
2.0The apartment is old and tired and more importantly is not on Cocoa Beach it is around 8 miles away on Satellite Beach not nearly so nice be warned
Great view and location but not well kept
6.0Let me start out by saying the location of this resort was amazing. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breathtaking. There is a pool that is over 6 foot deep at one end and there is no life guard at all. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. That being said the couch was horrible the leather or fake leather was peeling off. Every time you would sit on it you would have little pieces stuck to you. They would then be tracked all over the unit and we swept it up constantly. The second room does not have a tv of any kind. The DVD player in the living room was missing the HDMI chord so it could not be used unless we moved the chord from the cable box to the DVD player. The beds were comfortable except for the fact the master bed squeaked and wobbled every time we moved. I believe the frame needs to be replaced. I had to put in a maintenance call for a leak and it took over two hours to get a response.
