Didn’t stay. Attempted to scam us. Booking had to rescue us

− Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.They called us a day before the booking to practically charge us double for the stay reserved three months , saying booking made a mistake. Leaving us almost no choice other than paying double to them or paying a lot for a different place on the spot. Luckily booking helped us out but the hotel team couldn’t care less about solving the problem and just making us pay more just saying “we are sorry for the inconvenience”. Very sketchy behavior from the employees managers and accountant we talked to. Could have easily sorted us out in the smaller room they claim that we paid for but just wouldn’t do it. Ended up with an upset group of 5 and no money for them.
A great spot to unwind.

Disappointing. This place needs knocking down and rebuilding.
5.0Staff were friendly and helpful (during pub hours). Pub food was pretty good.
− COLD WATER, hot water system broke down and shower was stone cold. Aircon remote was broken so couldn't control temperature.
