3.0سهولة الوصول لجميع الخدمات بالفندق
− تسجيل الدخول استغرق ساعتين تقريباً وتسبب ذلك بعدم الاستفادة من اليوم الاول حيث ان المسابح والالعاب المائية تغلق الساعه 6 مساءً. مسبح واحد صغير حتى الساعة 8 مساءً حضرت للفندق تقريباً 2 مساءً وتم تسجيل دخولي ورقياً ولم استلم الغرفة الي الساعه 4:30 مساء. وحسب افادتهم انه يوجد نزيل لم يسلم الغرفة. نقدر ذلك. وقت الخروج من الفندق التشيك اوت استغرق اكثر من 45 دقيقه.
