9.0La ubicación es perfecta. A pasos de la playa! Cómodo departamento y sencillo, pero muy lindo. Buena piscina e instalaciones con parking individual.
− Faltaban algunas cosas en la cocina como asaderas para cocinar pizzas en el horno. Cada vez q se abría el horno sonaba la alarma de incendio lo que era muy molesto.
Decent place to stay however for the price it would have been nice to use the pool past 7:30

Loved the location; with a few adjustments would have been absolutely perfect!
8.0Gorgeous view - Cocoa Beach Pier and ocean. Lovely condo, kitchen well equipped. Washer/dryer in unit. Beds very comfy. Squeaky clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels provided.
− ‘couches’ quite uncomfortable because they were really beds with bolsters. No hot water in kitchen sink. Shower faucet in 2nd bath loose and not connected to the wall; TP holder not secure on wall. No Kleenex anywhere.
