My 16 day stay at Neo
6.0Location was great. Staff was helpful and kind.
− Room was a bit dirty and dark (no ceiling light). For a few days in a row, housekeeping would clear the used towels but not replace them, meaning I had to call reception a couple of times to get towels delivered.

6.0Room sound proofing does not exist. You could hear baby crying from your neighbours, people talking, etc. Also, Slow shower drainage
