10.0Beautiful views, staff is top notch, breakfast is excellent and a beautiful patio. Great location. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and safe, even sending a boat to get us at a nearby village after the ferry stopped due to weather.
This hotel is magic. Splendid as the hotel is named. Overlooking the bay, this is the best spot.
10.0The location was excellent. The General Manager and all the staff were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and service was excellent. We really appreciated our upgrade and Ruinart champagne with canapés with compliments for our 30th wedding anniversary. Special thanks to the 3 Andreas, Lucia, Guiseppe, Frederico, the General Manager Michela, all the Front Office staff and the lucky Mascot Molly. The concierge team were excellent with all the restaurant recommendations. We also visited the sister hotel The Splendido for lunch and afternoon swimming. Food & service were excellent. Stunning views and very tranquil. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back. ❤️
