1.0− dirty hallways, broken shower, squeaky furniture, bad lighting in rooms, no water pressure
So bad staff the guy from the front desk it’s crazy hi insulted me and my family
1.0Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk employee was extremely rude, threatened me, insulted my family, and refused to help me. My room had what appeared to be blood stains on the walls. When I asked to change rooms, I was told to pay extra. After I said I had taken photos, he refused to help me. The next morning he followed me outside and shouted insults at me in front of other guests. I have photos and videos of what happened. I do not recommend this hotel.
