10.0The hotel was so clean and close to the zoo and waterpark. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was awesome!
Excellent place to stay while in Columbus!
10.0The property was great, the staff was wonderful and took care of all of our needs.
− Really the only thing was a couple of weird smells in the hallway, but that was not due to the hotel itself.

2.0− I booked the hotel because I had a pool. It would have been nice if we were told the pool was closed for the week that we were there. I had two little kids that's why I wanted a pull. Also the pool out bed was dirty. It had crumbs and popcorn on it.
