Péssimo atendimento
2.0O hotel é ótimo, mas o atendimento é péssimo, não explicam quando a reserva é particular ou pelo próprio hotel, restringem acesso a várias áreas do hotel, no meu apartamento não tinha sequer uma xícara para tomar um café, a descarga não funcionava, tampouco o ar condicionado. Um verdadeiro descaso com o hóspede!
Sem roupa de cama, toalhas nem travesseiros
4.0Check-in muito demorada, mais de 30 minutos. Pois chegam muitos ônibus ao mesmo tempo, e há apenas 5 pessoas no máximo fazendo check-in. Boa infraestrutura de lazer com sauna, piscinas. Quarto apesar de ter um bom tamanho é ruim porque não tem limpeza/camareira diariamente. Não tem NENHUM item de roupa de cama nem toalha nem travesseiro. Então o hóspede tem que se virar para levar isso tudo para o hotel. Que tem basicamente móveis e cama no apartamento.
