− The desk staff were helpful however restaurant service was very poor, cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and kept continually knocking on the door, followed by phone calls.
It's handy, but hotels near Mascot train station more convenient if you are using City rail. Cheaper transport.
8.0Restaurant and bar are reasonable. Checking has always been easy. Free Shuttle arrangement works if you want to go to airport. For some reason you have to pay to be picked up. Rooms are ok for size. Little Cafe next door is great, better coffee and breakfast options if you aren't into buffets.
− Paying for shuttle from airport... why not give us the choice of which direction we want to take as a gift? It is now a LONG walk from terminal to shuttle pick up spot, has recently Changed. ... could Probably walk to hotel in The same time.

Parking is available via the Wilson Parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Maximum height is 7.9 ft at the G level. Please approach reception upon arrival prior to parking your car to talk through your options. Pull up in the short-term parking on the driveway. Discounted parking for hotel guests is $30 per car per 24-hour period, with multiple entries and exits.
We cannot guarantee a parking space for you ahead of time. Please check with us when you arrive, so we can let you know if parking is available.
