Si riferisce ad uno stabilimento balneare con il quale l'hotel ha una convenzione e che distano tra loro circa 300 metri. l'hotel vero e proprio si trova in campagna alla periferia di Catanzaro lido. La struttura è datata, le camere pulite. Personale della reception estremamente cortese ed efficiente.

6.0Piccola struttura (una trentina di camere) alla periferia di Sellia Marina, a circa 300 metri da mare. Gestita a livello familiare. Personale molto cortese e camera pulita. Struttura che meriterebbe dei pesanti interventi manutentivi.
