6.0The property is beautiful. The location is excellent. The pool area is A+.
− The rooms - they feel cheap! Over $500 a night and the blinds were missing slats, the carpet edge “rolled” as a trip hazard and difficult to open the closet door. Ikea furniture - hard to believe. The TV - ridiculous it’s so small. SMALL. 18-24”. The bed sits on a metal frame that is absolutely a “shin” and toe hazard. Talked to others staying there- the same issue. Not good. The door to the room had to be “pulled shut” or it wouldn’t lock. The bathroom shower had NO handheld shower head. Just one very cheap shower head out of the wall. Don’t they realize who their main clients are? Gay men, who need a hand held shower hose. Unbelievable, that they don’t have them. Over all, for the money, extremely disappointed with the room. The breakfast was excellent.
Lovely guest house in a beautiful setting
10.0Stayed in a pool view room for 3 nights. The room itself was compact but had a large terrace overlooking the pool and the property is beautiful. Very close to the main street so handy. There were plenty of loungers at the pool and the water was a nice temperature. Pool towels supplied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
Best vacation
10.0The Brass Key was an amazing vacation. The rooms are immaculate. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast never disappoints. We will definitely go back.
