Fabulous hotel and amenities, staff disappointing.
7.0The property is beautiful and my room incredibly comfortable. The en-suite was finished to a wonderful standard and what you would expect for the price. The location is great, direct access to the promenade and really close to the ferry port if you re travelling around Lake Geneva.
− The staff were rather unfriendly and made me feel that I was a hindrance. I appreciate they have rules but on learning the outside terrace was full they refused my request to take my drink to the private garden, instead forcing me to say inside where it was about 33 degrees without air con.

10.0Гостиница супер!!! Расположение, лучше не придумаешь- на берегу Женевского озера , в минуту хотьбы от пляжа. Гостиница очень чистая, завтраки очень вкусные, персонал лучше всех похвал. Мы остались очень довольны
