3.0− The female staff member exhibited a high level of arrogance. During our breakfast in the morning, she intruded upon our family gathering and spoke to us in a very rude manner, stating that we had only half an hour left and should vacate the room as soon as possible, without taking into account that my young children were still eating. My children were frightened by her behavior and ceased their breakfast. She acted as if we were staying at the premises for free. This lady was extremely harsh and arrogant; we consider her a blight on the tourist destination. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family. Additionally, there was no hot water available at night, and the internet connection promised in the package was nonexistent. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, deserving a rating of zero.
