10.0Minha experiência no Hotel das Hortênsias foi maravilhosa! O hotel é encantador, acolhedor e repleto de charme, com ambientes muito bem cuidados e uma atmosfera que nos faz sentir em casa. O grande diferencial, sem dúvida, é a equipe: todos foram extremamente gentis, atenciosos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. O café da manhã também é maravilhoso! Foram dias inesquecíveis, e saio com muita gratidão por todo o carinho e cuidado que recebi. Recomendo de olhos fechados e, com certeza, voltarei em breve!

Aconchegante hotel para relaxar e curtir Gramado
10.0O hotel é muito aconchegante com todos os ambientes muito confortáveis e decoração de muito bom gosto, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Todos do staff são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O quarto é muito acollhedor, a cama bem confortável, aquecedor funcionou muito bem, e o banheiro é bem espaçoso. O café da manhã é fantástico, ótimas e muitas opções de bebidas, salgados e doces. Gostamos de tomar o café e apreciar as inúmeras canecas decorando o ambiente.
