In general good price to performance for 3 starts
7.0The personal was helpful, the room was overall very clean. The bed was nice, the balnket amazingly nice and soft. The room was well layed out.
− The pillows were to long. Room had a leaky fossit, the shower has dark spots, looked unclean. They housekeeping kept forgetting to add new towels after they took the used away. Almost no sound isolation.

9.0Our room was large and very clean with a nice view over Medan city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well, although was a little noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable.
− The hotel was a bit far away from the city centre, but nothing a bus or a Grab couldn't sort
