− El tamaño del baño, muy pequeño. No hay contactos suficientes para conectar laptop, celular. No hay almohadas suficientes. El estacionamiento es con cupo limitado y no se específica ese punto al momento de reservar. El personal de recepción (en especial un señor que estuvo en turno de viernes 17 de julio en la noche ) no tiene buena actitud. No nos quiso proporcionar más de 1 tarjeta por habitación. Nuestra habitación que dió hacia la calle se escuchaban las voces, gritos y música en las noches, por lo que fue díficil descansar.

− El acceso al estacionamiento, el excesivo ruido nocturno (voces, cañerías), el trato seco y poco cordial de la recepcionista, el tamaño de la cama (matrimonial, cuando ya cualquier hotel ofrece Queen).
