− Somewhat charming but is in serious need of repair and upgrades such as installation of charging stations in the rooms. The room had a musty odor, shades didn’t quite cover the windows and the bathroom was very small. There was no hot water in the shower this morning.

− The comforter had a white stain on it, when I tried to get the offices attention about getting me a new one the shut the lights off and pretended to not be there when I clearly saw them. The only opened becasue I had to yell 'you gave me dirty sheets'.

3.0I liked the brook and hotel setting. The staff was friendly when I checked in.
− Well first the door was hard to unlock. When I got in the room it wasn't the cleanest. Something was Splattered all over the curtains. Windows didn't work right. The room was 80 degrees even with the AC running. Then when night fell bed bugs came out from the bed sheets. The room smelled also. It was a really bad experience. I left a night early and went somewhere clean.
Worst lodging experience ever. First photo was what the listing showed of a property across the street. Second photo is

− Everything. Poor location, filthy air conditioner, heavily scented air freshener, no reserve toilet paper, no tissues, no light near bed, no one to call for help, crooked porch with cheap plastic chairs, totally misrepresented in photos from listing. Worst stay ever. Left at 5am the first night because we had sore throats and headaches from the air freshener and dirty filter in AC. Have emailed property and Bookings for help, but have had no reply from either. Horrible experience and service.
Won't go back.
