10.0Good service and very hospitable environment.The location is good and the restaurant attached to the property adds more benefits
Great potential but not yet.
6.0Whilst the staff were attentive and very helpful the hotel was undergoing structural changes which made our stay less than ideal. Although the hotel is aiming at a high standard in the longer term there were several deficiencies: for example there was no hot water, poor WiFi and several electrical devices were broken in our room. No doubt this hotel will provide a high level of comfort in superior facilities when finished but not during our stay.

4.0Many amenities were unavailable, including restaurant, in room dining, and spa. Pool appeared dirty. Power went out at least once for nearly an hour, and wifi was spotty and frequently down. The staff were as helpful as possible and were pleasant, but couldn't do much regarding the situation.
