2.0.My first room had no hot water and internet. They moved me to another room, where the wind blowing around the windows made a crazy noise 24 hours, and the air conditioner thermostat didn't work. The room was always 18 degrees, or I had to turn it off at 50 degrees Staff were amazing. This was the only positive point of this hotrl.
