− The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft. We had 4 people and were only given enough towels and wash clothes for 3. Pool area had no towels and not very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff seemed nice, but didn't greet you.

− Anyone can walk in without being stopped ie the delivery people can go up to someone room, no id was required whatsoever from any of my guests
