10.0This hostel is very special and one of my best memories from my trip to Guatemala. The owner is an Austrian lady who is very helpful and has a lot of information if you like hiking or any other trips. I had a private room and it was honestly amazing quality for the price. Super spacious, huge bathroom and shower area, view across the lake, amazing decor, comfy bed and nice and quiet. The onsite restaurant has some very high quality dishes all made from scratch. The service is a little slow but that's the vibe you want in a place like this. It's located just outside town in a nice quiet area. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and they clearly have a great family atmopshere. It's really ideal if you want to do a long stay. I highly recommend a visit, even if you don't stay then just go and check out the restaurant.
