4.0La habitación era amplia.
− Cristales muy sucios y grifería en mal estado, con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Solicitamos una plancha y, además de estar en malas condiciones, acabó manchando nuestra ropa. La nevera de la habitación no enfriaba correctamente. Tras comunicarlo, nos la sustituyeron por otra que funcionaba aún peor, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara muy incómoda debido al calor. Las vistas habrían sido espectaculares, pero los cristales estaban tan sucios que impedían disfrutarlas plenamente. La zona de la piscina se encuentra muy deteriorada y no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotografías publicadas. Lo mismo ocurre con el gimnasio: instalaciones antiguas, mal mantenidas y sin aire acondicionado. La temperatura era tan elevada que resultaba imposible permanecer en su interior más de un minuto. Adjunto fotografías que reflejan el estado real de las instalaciones.
