10.0I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5

10.0The ship was very clean and the room was well equipped with a shower, bathtub and good tv channels. Our tour guide Thuy was very knowledgeable.
Great onboard crew and lovely boat!
10.0John and his crew were very warm and welcoming. They made sure we had a good time and enjoyed our time out on Ha Long Bay. Our activities guide, Thuy, was great. She took the group on the two island excursions off the boat. The food onboard was delicious. We got a room with a balcony. Very relaxing as we enjoyed the view.

10.0The shuttle came to my accommodation in Hanoi and was comfy enough. The activities were fun: taichi, making spring rolls, kayaking, and climbing up the cliff with a bit of beaching. The foods were all good. Plus, our guide was Robert and he guided well talking about vietnamese food, culture and stuff. He made the friendly atmosphere during the journey with a big smile all the time.
