環境有系統的設計與規劃，能深深體會業主的用心。早餐分前後台處理，料理新鮮美味。業主很佛心，在騎樓設置友善雨傘的服務，讓人留下很深刻的印象。

− 入住就面臨停車問題，但附近停車在礁溪算是很容易的區域。入住25房間，溫泉滿水的排水槽設計應該在內側的區域會比較完美，因為水流下來就是入口玻璃門，加上門縫底部防水膠條有些老化，竟然演變搶救防水大作戰，體驗有史以來，第一次住宿必須防堵水流跨區的樂趣。至於隔音的部分，確實有比較不優的情況，隱約聽到隔壁細微的交談與稍稍明顯的水流聲音。
