7.0Huisje had genoeg privacy, in- en uitchecken ging snel en soepel.
− Aquamundo was enorm koud, zowel het water als de boventemperatuur. Daardoor niet fijn kunnen zwemmen. Lagen met kippenvel in 't zwembad. Verder was het huisje niet echt schoon. Veel stof onder het bed en onder de radiator. Verder was het bij aankomst 29 graden in het huisje, en was er geen airco of ventilator aanwezig.
Could be so much better
7.0Lots of activities available to book, also they are more reasonable in price compared to the UK Centre Parcs. Our lodge was clean and had plenty of space. The local area was lovely, with great cycle paths and local villages.
− The food and service were appalling. One day we waited an hour and 20mons for our dinner at Central Cafe. Another day at Fuego we were told they didn't have enough plates for our starters (the restaurant only had around a dozen families inside dining). They are mostly staffed by teenagers who haven't a clue about customer service unfortunately. In the end we are outside Centre Parcs every night All the slides and the lazy river worked on a traffic light system, which hardly anyone followed, meaning that you had teenagers crashing into little kids, very dangerous! They need more lifeguards actually monitoring the slides. Also worth saying we only got asked once to show our wristbands in 7 days of going out when going in the entrance, I think they need to take a closer look at their security as it's so easy to get through the main gate in the evening

10.0heerlijk, mooi, goed verzorgd park! rustig huisje, erg leuk, fris en comfortabel ingericht. Wij hadden prachtig uitzicht en geen enkel overlast van iets. Ontzettend lief personeel! Begripvol, geduldig en heel vriendelijk. Wij gaan zeker terug. Dank jullie wel!
− We moesten wennen aan de vrij lange rit op het park om bij onze parkeerplaats en huisje te komen. Maar dat had ook z'n komische charme.
