6.0We enjoyed the location, the hotel is close to the main bazaar and there are many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The room and bathroom very clean and the staff were polite and kind, always ready to help.
− There was a very unpleasant smell in one of our rooms. It was in the bathroom, the manager mentioned it was a problem with the sewage system in the whole area, but the smell was more like mould which is harder to get rid of. After raising the issue with the hotel staff, we were moved to a new room without the smell. The breakfast was very disappointing. This was one of the things we were looking forward to the most. Turkish breakfast is well known for its variety and freshness. Unfortunately the hotel serves only a very small breakfast, continental, small portions, a few tiny slices of tomato and cucumber, cheese and ham, all simple white bread and a bit of packaged butter and jam. It wasn't tasty at all.

− Nagyon zajos környék, a sétáló utca felőli szobák zajosak, csak éjféltől tudtunk aludni, tele van éttermekkel, bárokkal, a reggeli minden nap ugyanaz.

10.0Wonderful stay! The staff were great and incredibly helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is amazing, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and genuinely homely. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!
