A dissapointment
4.0The room was mostly clean but there were a couple of things that were unacceptable 1. 2 of the lamps in the room did not work. The one between the beds could only be operated by plugging or unplugging it. 2. There were none of the standard amenities such as complimentary coffee or tea. 3. There was a dead rat in the parking lot as we were leaving in the morning.

4.0There was no one in the office when we arrived. Had to call number taped to door. Employee cam came over and struggled with the card machine. I needed to help him with buttons to push. He was very friendly and helpful. Gave us key to room and when I opened door, room smelled strongly of smoke and only had 1 bed. I had booked a 2 bed room as I was traveling with my daughter. Employee was able to move us to another room with two beds. This one smelt better but could still smell smoke. Bathroom had good water pressure but there were numerous hairs on the shower wall and soap scum. Way over-priced for a motel that was smelly and marginally clean. Would not stay again or recommend.

4.0The room smelled of smoke- even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. It was bad enough that I had a hard time sleeping. The bedspreads need to be discarded and replaced. If it had a good cleaning, it would have been a decent stay.
