1.0− Night staff was very rude. She was busy with some audit or some personal work. We simply asked to add a name on booking so that we can enjoy the breakfast and late check out. She said just phone call next day.

10.0My first time staying at this Marriott property, and I must say Nico definitely set the tone with the level of helpfulness and informativeness! Although, I didn’t end up valeting, he did work my vehicle into the valet lane to allow me to easily and comfortably load/unload while I checked in and gathered a lay of the land. I had to take a moment to highlight the gentleman for his customer service and wanted to verbalize my gratitude!
