9.0Апартаменты очень комфортные, есть все, что нужно 😍 . Жили втроём с подругами. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Нам также помогли с местом на парковке прямо рядом с апартаментами. Недалеко есть парк, через него приятно прогуляться до набережной. В целом все удобно. Очень благодарны хозяину и персоналу🙏🏻

Jeżeli wrócę do Izmiru, chętnie się tu zatrzymam ponownie.
10.01) Właściciel p. Cagri jest niewykle sympatyczny, życzliwy i pomocny. Pomagał w każdej sytuacji, nie tylko zwiazanej z obiektem, lecz czasem teleforncznie, kiedy potrzebna była pomoc tłumacza. 2) mieszkanie bardzo czyste i zadbane. Sprzątane na życzenie. 3) Mieszkanie bezpieczne. Z tego, co wiem właciciel mieszka tuż obok. 4) Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko: Kultur Park (5 minut), Dworzec ok 10 min, Agora ok 20 minut, Przystań Pasaport ok 30 minut. W odległoci 5-10 przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Przejazd taksówka na lotnisko ok 35-40 minut. 5) Świetna piekarnia (stoliki, możliwość wypicia hetbaty i zjedzenia kanapek) - 20 m od drzwi, Sklep spożywczy 27/7 - 50 m, Pizzerai Dodo - 250 m. Bez problemu mozna płacić kartą. 6) Zaprzyjaźnone koty - zarówno domowe, jak i mieszkające zza oknem. 7) W mieszkaniu pralka, suszak i deska do prasowania. Ogrona kuchnia/living room.
− NIe mam zastrzeżeń. Chciałbym tylko zwrócić uwagę potencjalnym gością, że mieszkanie znajduje się w normalnej, żyjącej dzielnicy, na wąskiej ulicy, wsród piętrowych domów z drugiej połowy 20 wieku, które nie oszałamiają architekturą. To nie jest dzielnica turystyczna, Jednocześnie podkreślam, czułem się bezpiecznie. Sąsiedzi życzliwi, a koty bardzo towarzyskie Ulice są czyste. Śmieci codziennnie wywożone przez służby komunalne.
