10.0I loved the location and its values speaking with all the staff was so enlightening and they were a wealth of information that helped me so much throughout my stay! I appreciate every single person that helped me with my questions, and requests they exceeded my expectations greatly ! It will be very hard to top what they have done! And that bathroom will never be topped

− Slechtste ervaring van ganse vakantie in het restaurant, ben zelf chef van gastronomisch restaurant en de keuken is echt ondermaats en helemaal niet in verhouding met de hoge standaard van de rest van het hotel, heel veel personeel in het restaurant dat erg met hun zelf bezig is en te weinig met de klant, kan niet voor zo een hotel, spijtig. Super plus punt is from farm to table, heb ik in mijn zaak ook en dat serveert de chef een platgelopen uitgekookte kip filet met veel te ver gekookte boontjes die bruin zagen in plaats van lekker krokant groen hoe ze horen te zijn, zonde van al het werk van de farmers en geen respect voor het product

10.0The entire stay was exceptional! The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. Some of the best food you will ever eat. We enjoyed the rum distillery tour, the onsite gym, our room and the drinks were outstanding! We will be back!

9.0Great great service! The best service I have ever experienced in Belize. Everyone was sooo helpful, friendly and attentive. The bathroom was so spacious! Also the water pressure and temperature was great!
− The room was lacking light. But it’s just a small detail. The pillows could be better.

10.0Amazing property in the jungle with lots of wildlife and insects and bugs that you never see in the united states, small group excursions that are pricey but also cool, decent food and drinks and amazing staff
