8.0Great communication. Secure building. Flexible check-in (we were a little late arriving from the airport). The apartment has slate tiles throughout, a nice shower and huge bed. The TV had a wide range of channels. The location is a 10 minute walk to a large shopping centre, restaurants and bars, and a 30 minute walk into the centre. However the town centre and surrounds did not feel particularly safe on a Sunday or after dusk. Possibly a better place to have a car.

10.0It was my first time in Namibia. I enjoyed Windhoek and Swakopmund very much. Beautiful country. I can see myself going back one day. Hartmann Suites was top tier. I fell in love with apartment 5.

10.0The spacious 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Location was great -- close to the center of the city on a quiet street. The staff members were helpful and pro-active. Excellent stay in every way.
