− Obwohl frühere Anreise bestätigt wurde wurde dies komplett ignoriert...eine zweite Decke oder Leintuch zu erhalten wurde sofort ohne Begründung abgelehnt
Furchtbares Hotel !!!!
1.0Nichts. Es war zu laut an der Hauptstraße trotz angeblichem Schallschutz. Wir konnten nicht schlafen. Frühstücksangebot war extrem schlecht. Bei der Anreise / Check in mussten wir sofort die Rechnung bezahlen. Wir würden von dem Hotel abraten.

6.0Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehen genau wie auf den Bildern aus (ist bei anderen Hotels ja nicht immer der Fall). Die Klimaanlage funktionierte Super. Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür oder der nächsten U-Bahn in 10 Min. Fußweg, kommt man schnell und einfach überall hin (wir können die Hamburg Card Empfehlung!). Das Frühstück war groß und vielfältig - für jeden ist etwas dabei!
− Leider ging es keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Wir dachten erst es sei etwas Defekt, aber das Reinigungspersonal sagte wir sollen einfach die Tür und das Fenster auf lassen. Dadurch gab es entsprechend Schimmel in der Dusche. Es roch im Badezimmer außerdem nach Urin. Durch die Lage an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, ist es sehr laut wenn man das Fenster auf lässt. Außerdem konnten wir unsere Tür im Badezimmer nicht verschließen, da sie nicht richtig zu ging - daher wechselten wir das Zimmer. Das Personal war hier sehr freundlich und gab und einen Preisnachlass auf die erste Nacht und ein neues Zimmer. Allerdings hatten wir hier dieselben Probleme, außer dass sich hier die Tür vom Bad schließen ließ. Es roch im Bad nach Urin, die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht und Schimmel in ser Dusche...
