4.0Le propriétaire était sympathique et accueillant, et la literie était de très bonne qualité.
− Je ne comprends pas comment Booking peut laisser en ligne des annonces comportant des informations aussi trompeuses. La piscine, pourtant annoncée, n’existait tout simplement pas. Avec un enfant qui attendait ce moment avec impatience, la déception a été énorme. Le logement est situé en zone ZTL, ce qui empêche de stationner son véhicule à proximité. Cette information importante n’était pas clairement indiquée. Le réfrigérateur était minuscule et ne fonctionnait pas, il était plus décoratif qu’utile. Le petit-déjeuner, servi dans un café voisin, était correct, sans être exceptionnel.

− In generale l’esperienza presso questa struttura è stata deludente. Avevamo scelto questo B&B perché nella descrizione su Booking era indicata la presenza di una piscina, che in realtà non esiste. Abbiamo chiesto la cancellazione gratuita della prenotazione ma il gestore non ha mostrato disponibilità nonostante l’informazione presente sul sito fosse fuorviante. La camera presentava diverse criticità: forte odore di muffa in bagno, spazio in bagno molto scomodo (si allega foto), rumori provenienti dal locale sottostante durante la notte e pavimento della terrazza sporco. Inoltre, il Wi-Fi non era utilizzabile perché la password fornita non funzionava e il problema non è stato risolto durante il soggiorno. Anche la colazione presso una pasticceria convenzionata indicata non è stata disponibile. Infine, siamo stati contattati post soggiorno per un indumento lasciato in stanza che non era nostro, probabilmente appartenente a un ospite precedente, fatto che lascia qualche dubbio sull’accuratezza delle pulizie.
