8.0The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was delicious! The only problem was bed was hard.
Shower is dangerous!
6.0The shower stall is extremely slippery, so bad, I had to put down a town in the shower before entering. It’s not a question of “if”someone falls but rather “when”. It needs to be addressed immediately!
I will not stay here again
4.0I absolutely did not care for the roaches in my room. I checked out early and went somewhere else.
Roach Motel
2.0I had roaches in my room!!!!! No maintenance person on site and no real care or concern for the situation. It was like it was normal. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Yes, they offered to move me but the first night there were no rooms so I was unable to sleep. Not saying my full stay should have been refunded but that one night should have been or even offered me a credit for a future stay. I will never frequent that hotel again!!!!
