10.0Gave us ice water in a glass while waiting in the lobby-pool was the warmest ever experienced in Thailand-offered us a la carte breakfast off the menu whatever we wanted-we hung out the no disturb sign and we were surprised to find a bag full of clean towels/coffee/water etc when we returned at our room
