Cyano suites was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable with magnificent views. Location was excellent and the home cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend.

Ground floor room felt mouldy and hospitality level needs improvement.

View of the sea and nice furnishings

− Unfortunately due to mould sensitivity, staying in a lower floor room was unbearable. There is no cross breeze in the unit to air it out so despite having paid 3 nights upfront, I had to leave a few hours after check in and find another hotel to stay at. I asked the team if an upper floor room was available and they told me to check myself online! And when I checked out and asked for a taxi, the concierge was really unhelpful. I gave her the name of my next hotel and she told me she needed to know what area it was in. I don’t know why she couldn’t look it up herself and tell the taxi driver. For the price of the room, the hospitality level was dismal. There was a lovely sea view that was unfortunately marred by a string line and parking lot and an abandoned car. I asked if a refund might be possible since I only stayed for a few hours and left due to feeling uncomfortable in the room. No refund was given per hotel policy.

Stunning views, great decor, slice of luxury

The location was great being just outside the old town section of Naxos Town. The views of the Temple of Apollo and the coast were stunning! Sunset each night was a great nature show. The decor is gorgeous, although the pebbles on the counter can be challenging for bottles. The bed was very comfortable and well positioned to enjoy the views. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. The hard shutters to block lights at night were much appreciated. Breakfast was simply marvelous with many, many selections of homemade dishes each morning. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They enhanced a dream vacation.

The room was exquisite and well appointed with robes, slippers. The refrigerator was stocked with water, ouzo, and wine.

− Not much - towels could have been softer.

The view is astonishing! Every day an amazing sunset. Michael and his wife are great hostesses. Everything was just perfect. We love staying there!
