I will certainly stay at the same hotel if I visit Phayao again.
9.0For me it was a perfect place to stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet, staff was very friendly, and I could use the pool any time. I was regularly picked up by colleagues and the the hotel was in a location that it allowed them to avoid traffic jam. The view over the lake was amazing. The local 7/11 shop nearby was a great place to buy food. Also Phuket church is located very close, although I never found it open, unfortunately.
− I really missed that the breakfast, but it was possible to buy breakfast in a shop closeby.

10.0Beautiful swimming pool. Large comfortable rooms with lake view. Everything clean and well maintained. Nice lake side park for walking or jogging close by

7.0Das Hotel war sehr sauber, der Pool wunderbar gross und an sich hätte es an sich an nichts gefehlt doch
− ...auf die Frage nach einer zweiten Bettdecke erhielten wir eine aber ohne Überzug. Trotz mehrfachen Bitten im Dialog mit der Dame an der Rezeption gab es kein Erbarmen. Wir erhielten keinen Überzug. Das fanden wir sehr Kunden unfreundlich und haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als wir gute Nacht zu der Dame an der Rezeption sagten erhielten wir keine Antwort. Deshalb Hotel sehr gut doch diese Art mit Kunden um zu gehen geht nicht.

− ชั้น 5 แย่มากๆเลย อินเตอร์เนตเช้ามาก เชื่อมต่อเนตไม่ได้เลย ไฟในห้องตกบ่อย ทีวีสัญญาณหายบ่อยมาก ควรปรับปรุงมากๆ The 5th floor is terrible. The internet is extremely slow and I can’t connect at all. The power in the room keeps dropping, and the TV signal cuts out frequently. It really needs improvement.
