Beautiful area and lovely chalet but needs a deep clean.

− Came for a hot tub stay but room only had a bath. Biggest issue was cleanliness. There was large numbers of dead insects on the kitchen counters and on the edges of floors in all room. Debris in the corners. Mould on the glasses in the cupboard. Dead insects in the container with the tea bags. Bathrobe had dirt on the inside and a star sticker on the outside which made me concerned it hasn’t been cleaned.

9.02 bedroom chalet was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Views were beautiful and beds were comfy.
− The only thing I would recommend would be curtains, particularly in bathrooms. My teenage daughter felt uncomfortable showering at night with no curtains.

1.0− What looks to have been at some point a truly beautiful resort, now run down and poorly managed. Broken door locks. A dead bat in an aircon unit. And attitude from the manager. Just a few of the issues. Avoid.
AMAZING WEEKEND - Beautiful Escape!
10.0I loved that the property was located in nature, it was also so stunning, I loved the little bush walk to get to the chalet which would light up at night time. The family who run it are also very caring, responsive and friendly. The bed was comfy as well!
