8.0予約日が明日ですとフロントで言われました。そして、部屋を急きょ用意したと言われたので、パソコンに送られていた予約メールで確認したところ間違いはなかったのですが・・・なぜでしょうか？他の対応は良かったと思います。
便利な場所にあります
8.0立地はとても良いです。上野城や忍者屋敷にも近くファミレスやコンビニもあり便利。ただチェックアウト時に中国の団体と重なるとうるさく、座る椅子にも事欠きます。
外国人団体観光客向け
6.0忍者好きのおっきなスーツケース抱えた外国人観光客団体が大型バスで大挙してやってきてチェックインのたびに太鼓を鳴らしてやかましい。外国人対応に手一杯で日本人個人客への対応まで手が回らない感じ。夕食の鍋の火がすぐ消える生煮えの伊賀牛。通常シングルの客室に無理やりベット2台押し込んでいて狭苦しく、浴室のカビやトイレのレバーの故障なども目立ち、正直また利用したいとは思わないレベル。
なかなか良かったです。
8.0中心部からは少し離れている点ではマイナスですが、大浴場があるのはプラス評価ですし、浴衣のサイズ変更にも快く対応いただけました。
広々としたホテル
6.0ロビーが広く開放感がある。 大浴場もあり、快適である。 空調は良かった。 部屋の設備は全体的に古い。 近くにいろいろな店舗があり、徒歩でいろいろな店舗に行ける。
