Great little apartment
10.0A spotlessly clean little apartment, very comfortable and very quiet except for the odd toot from a train. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower great. Recommended for anybody staying in Parkes
− We took advantage of a cloudless day to do a load of washing, but the clothes line was in the shade all day. A clothes airer would have been nice.
The stay was pleasant but a very cold house for winter. We did like staying here as it was close for what we needed.
6.0House had comfortable clean linen, lovely sunny front porch. Clean
− Noisy main road. Heater/air conditioners didn’t work the first night which was freezing and then after notifying office this was fixed the next day. Not enough toilet rolls left. No tissues
Over all good experience however after stay was not as pleaseant with the cleanup bill.
6.0− I did not like the fact they charged me for cleaning. I have never paid for cleaning for hotels. This was so unique and prior information was not provided for that.

8.0The property was clean, bright and beautifully renovated. Beds were comfortable and shower had good pressure.
− Heating in the living area (lounge/dining/kitchen) was not good enough for a cold winters night.
