9.0I am so appreciative of the exceptional service from staff member Melissa. I accidentally left one of my 50th birthday gifts in our room when we left. I phoned the hotel after arriving home and Melissa was so kind and caring. She immediately located it at housekeeping (thank you also to housekeeping) and arranged delivery for me. I am so grateful. The hotel itself was wonderful. Beautiful rooms and superb food. Excellent location. Will definitely be returning again.
− The double room was exceptional value but the family room to include just one child was a bit higher than we would normally like to pay. We will still definitely return though.

Great Location. Clean & Comfortable
9.0Great Location just steps from everything but tucked down an alley so it's quiet. Check in very easy & smooth. Loads of free parking. We had dinner & breakfast there and both were very good Staff are all friendly & accommodating We stayed in the small double room. It is quite small but ideal for a short stay.
