− Detta världshus kändes lite tråkigt, trött och slitet. De kläder som vi fick på boendet var lite urtvättade och blekta, med vissa trasiga detaljer. Vi fick inte information att det fanns korgar att bära våra handdukar i vid kvällens Onsen runda, vi gick runt med gröna plastpåsar. Vi bad om information hur vi kan parkera men ingen tog sig tid att svarade på detta från boendet. Middagen var okey men Porslin kändes lite för enkelt och vardagligt inte restaurang kvalitet. Kanske detta är ett familje ägt ställe där man sysselsätter både yngre och äldre generation. Det kändes inte så personligt och bemötandet var basic. Vi betalade ganska mycket för detta så givetvis måste jag fundera om vi valde detta för att det hade lägst pris och att vid då får acceptera nivån. Jag skulle nog ha lagt till och valt ett dyrare ställe.

10.0I don't even know where to start. We felt so taken care of the moment we arrived. They were kind enough to keep our lugagge since we arrived early and we were able to explore parts of the town prior to check in. We were super impressed and are so grateful to the staff who helped us check in, bring dinner to our room, set out our futons and put them away, help us with our yukatas and bring breakfast. They were always so nice and helpful in every way possible. It made us want to stay another night and hopefully we can come back again!

10.0We had a wonderful time at Kinosaki Yamamotoya. The staff were lovely, the meal was exceptional, they even made me a vegetarian one which was so kind. I loved wearing the yukata and wooden flip flops and having the Onsen entrance included in our stay. I felt so relaxed and it was just gorgeous.

The public bath (Onsen) operates starting at 5 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 12 am.Guests must check in by 18:15 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
