8.0Location was the best thing about this property. Right on Piazza Navona, which is beautiful.
− We were surprised and disappointed. This is by no means a luxury property. It is at best a room in an apartment. The deluxe room was small for 2 people. It is staffed with one person who is your receptionist, your house keeper and the person who delivers your breakfast. The rooms / bathrooms are modern and clean but the bed was too soft (almost like the mattress needed changing). The TV does not have local channels, only youtube and Netflix. You order Breakfast on an app and it is served on a tray in your room. Breakfast was average. There are no phones or contact information in the rooms. The AC went off one night and there was no way to contact anyone to inform them. Thankfully it came back on in a bit. There is none at reception from 8 pm to 8 am. You are given a key to let yourself into the building and apartment. they kindly gave each room a complimentary glass of sparking wine and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Bottom line, You are paying for the location.
