5.0The location is good if travelling by train
− I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a hairdryer placed right next to the kettle, cups, and plates, which didn’t seem hygienic or appropriate. There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water, and no shower gel was provided. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use, and the landline phone in the room wasn’t working. On the morning of checkout, staff started knocking on our door from 10:00 a.m. onwards, despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. It felt like we were being rushed out rather than allowed to leave at the advertised checkout time. When we were ready to check out, there was no one at reception. We waited nearly 45 minutes before anyone arrived and eventually had to call the hotel’s number to get someone’s attention. Housekeeping also failed to make our bed during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, the service and attention to detail fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

2.0Limpieza a pesar que no aseaban la habitación todos los días a pesar que lo solicitamos con el cartel en la puerta.
− No funcionaban los artefactos como la televisión, no había aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable. Pusieron dos ventiladores uno podía fijarse el otro no y el ruido era muy fuerte.
